On Line Kitchen & Bathroom Estimator
Planning doesn't
have to be overwhelming, even for a large project. The
key is to approach it methodically. This site
can help you with each step of your project. Use the estimators
to get a quick idea of what your new roof will cost, or the price on a small- or
large-scale kitchen or bath remodeling project.
The
New American Home 2000
The traditional American home floor
plan that so many people grew up with three bedrooms, two baths, living and dining
room, basement/den is being eclipsed by flexible, lifestyle-oriented plans that are
purposefully designed multi-use. The new
designs marry form with function. I
particularly love the idea of an interior courtyard oasis. By Kitchen & Bath Design News.
Honey, Should We Remodel
or Not?
"A
man's home is his castle." But when your
castle is being remodeled, it can feel like your kingdom is under siege. "When your home is under attack, you feel
that way too. Minor things add up, and you
blow up. You turn on the faucet and forget there's no water. Your clothes are covered with dust. One night you turn the wrong direction and walk
into a wall. Is it worth it? By homestore.com , a site with a lot of insight.

PROJECT *
Cross River Project
Our most dramatic
transformation ever! Careful planning of this 2000 square foot space in Northern
Westchester County brought a new dimension to the life of this couple. An all
stainless steel custom wet bar, among several other features, makes this addition unique.

* NEW: IN THE WORKS PROJECTS *
Extensive Addition
This addition on a
Somers, NY ranch is unreal. The
second story addition includes a lavish master suite with fireplace. Also a complete
first floor remodel, billiard room, vaulted ceilings and much more... You must see
the before & after pictures! Follow up as the project progress.
Masterful Master Bathroom
These
homeowners enlarged their existing bathroom by "borrowing" space from an
adjacent closet. The result: a 120 square
foot bathroom. The ceiling was raised to the rafters, 2 skylights were added
and double French doors completed the new bathroom suite. Worth a follow up.

* HAVE A $100 DINNER ON US
Are you aware that
your recently completed project became "Our Working Showroom"* and you have
become "Our Best Salesperson"?
When your support
results into a signed project with us, we will show our gratitude to those who recommend
us and to those of you who open their doors to let one of our prospective customers see
"the Working Showroom"*.
We'll send you to
dinner at one of Westchester's premiere restaurants, Peter Pratt's Inn, on us! (A $100
value. Good for a la carte dining, Tuesdays
to Sundays).
Peter Pratt's Inn
was recently awarded a four star rating by Gerry Dawes, a writer for The Journal News. You can find out more by visiting the web site, Peter Pratt's Inn.
You'll be able to review the menu and wine list, and even get directions. We
recommend printing the map.
Bon Appetit!
*What WE call a
"Working Showroom" is an actual, real, functional project (i.e.: kitchen,
bathroom) that has been built around existing conditions, restrictions and obstructions,
as opposed to those setup showrooms found in retailer's displays where the only limitation
is the designer's imagination!
