Enlarge the existing 16 year-old kitchen without building an addition.  Scope of work included relocating an existing laundry room upstairs, next to the bedrooms. The fully custom cabinetry was not only designed and built in-house, but the wood itself came from local trees near Albany, NY!

This new reconfigured custom Craftsman kitchen is only just one feature of this entirely remodeled home, sensitively updating a very old house to today's standards and lifestyle.

A fairly easy project, keeping the same existing foot print.  One of our favorite unique features of the kitchen is the antique, reclaimed and re-milled, random width white oak hardwood floor. Even more impressing is the local artist custom paintwork on the tiled backsplash above the range.
